This 1991 Daimler Double Six Series 3 is in great shape, under 10,000 miles. KWE are selling on behalf of a customer who had major work done on the car with us.
This Series 3 underwent a comprehensive renovation and refurbishment by us in 2007 . The works included a complete KWE suspension/brakes and steering upgrade renewal, a full perishables service, a bare metal respray in metallic Westminster Blue, new Oyster leather and Navy Wilton wool carpets throughout with oyster edging, a new headlining, an upgraded sound system with a 6-disk CD changer, new American burr walnut veneers complete with a full engine rebuild that included AJ6 Engineering Plus Torque upgrade. The documentation and photographs of the works are with the car.
The cost of the works done by us was over £50,000, if you add to this the purchase price of a comparable pre-restoration car you do have a KWE Series 3 for half the cost.
The car will have a new MOT and be serviced by us prior to the sale.
The bodywork is rust free and the paintwork is in almost perfect condition for its age. Interior leather, carpet and wood veneers are in immaculate condition, no tears, fading or cracking. The car drives beautifully and sounds fantastic just as a V12 should. This Double Six is ready to be enjoyed by a new owner, everything working as it should, very reliable and doesn’t fail to turn heads.
