The KWE KS Jaguar

Based on Jaguar XJS 2 door coupé or convertible

Powered by either the Jaguar 5.3/6.0 litre V12, or 3.6/4.0 AJ6/16 engines, the cars receive renewed engines*, revised suspension and interiors similar to the JaguarSport XJRS specification. Power enhancements are available to yield at least 15% more bhp. The bodies are repaired where necessary and rust-proofed. All electronic systems are reconditioned. The music and security systems are substantially upgraded. Anti-lock brakes are standard.

Standard tune performance:

6.0 litre V12: 0 - 60mph in 6.2 seconds
5.3 litre V12: 0 - 60mph in 7.0 seconds
4.0 litre AJ16: 0 - 60mph in 7.8 seconds
4.0 litre AJ6: 0 - 60mph in 8.4 seconds
3.6 litre AJ6: 0 - 60mph in 9 seconds

Above figures will be improved with manual gearboxes and revised differential ratios.

Engines:

Jaguar 5.3 or 6.0 litre H.E. V12 all alloy, one OHC per bank, 24 valves. Fuel injected with digital mapped, twin coil ignition. > 300bhp

Jaguar AJ16 4.0 litre 6 cylinder all alloy DOHC, 24 valves. Fuel injected, coil per plug, digital mapped ignition. >250bhp

Jaguar AJ6 4.0 litre 6 cylinder all alloy DOHC, 24 valves. Fuel injected, single coil digital mapped ignition. >220bhp

Jaguar AJ6 3.6 litre 6 cylinder all alloy DOHC, 24 valves. Fuel injected, vacuum/mechanical advance single coil ignition. >180bhp

All engines are renewed for reliability and long term high performance use. Engineered for unleaded fuel. Exhaust system revised for extra performance.

New: Pistons, rings, valves, seats, springs, crank and cam bearings, core plugs, studs, oil pump, chains, belts, hoses, ignition leads, distributor cap, rotor arm.*

Reconditioned: Cylinder heads, block, crank, cams, alternator, starter, radiators, air conditioning system, fuel injection system, water pump.

Transmissions:
6.0 litre V12: Reconditioned GM4L80E 4 speed automatic
5.3 V12:Reconditioned GM 400, 3 speed automatic, revised shift points.
AJ6/16: Reconditioned ZF 4 speed automatic.
Optional 5 speed manual transmission. Other transmissions available.

Suspension: Adjustable dampers. HBE Anti-roll bars.

Steering: Goodyear F1 or Pirelli P6000 or PZero tyres on special Azev 16 or 17inch 8J single piece alloy rims, or 18 inch split rims.

Brakes: All braking system and safety-related components replaced or upgraded. Road/race brake pads.

General: Bodywork refurbished, rebadged** and rust proofed. Chromework renewed and kept original in style. Air Conditioning system renewed and charged with ozone friendly refrigerant. Mileage will be recorded as reset to zero upon completion.

ICE: Upgraded to Customer requirements, with optional Satellite Navigation.

Security: Thatcham Cat 1, remote controlled system as standard. Tracker© locating system and unique KWE immobilisation enhancer are optional.

Service: Every 7500 miles or 1 year to KWE specification.

Warranty: One year unlimited mileage parts and labour, return to base cover. This excludes damage arising from accidents, misuse or racing. The car must have been serviced to KWE specification and at correct intervals. These cars may also be serviced by other Jaguar specialists but this may affect warranty.
